  • Positioning of the organisation in high-level policy debates, support policy advocacy through individual and collective efforts incl through topic-based coalition-building within industry associations or. Drive  key topics of interest. Targeted stakeholder engagement for purposes of insights gathering and/or policy influencing.
     

  • Strategising and implementing public affairs, influencing and engagement: Guiding your organisation (and its members) to prioritise issues and craft an agreed strategy for policy influencing, advocacy or engagement. Building on our experience in discrete engagement, as well as public positioning and conference participation, we support the right level of action at the right ‘momentum’ for visibility and influence. 
     

  • Support company decision-making to strategize and/or support compliance with (EU) regulations and policies; guiding HQ business and subsidiary entities and teams in their monitoring and implementing role. To support management-level strategic discussions and decision-making, as well as over-all awareness on relevant policy developments.
